Cost Estimator

We provide an estimation guide as every person is unique and therefore loved ones choose different options, locations and timing to farewell their person.  We are happy to offer you a breakdown of costs should you like a quote.

 Below is our standard pricing estimation guide.  This is based on the suppliers we use in Sydney.

Rather than offering a 'package' that often restricts what the inclusions are, we offer you choice.  If something is not required, then we simply take it out. Or if there is something you want added, we can simply add it in. Of course, depending on your choice, these prices can change*.

Like most independents, some of our services we use are outsourced, as this keeps our cost down to a minimum, which can save you thousands of dollars.

Please note that invoices are required to be settled in full prior to the funeral date, as we process payments to our suppliers and vendors upon delivery.  Your understanding and acknowledgement of this is much appreciated.

CREMATIONS
Cremation costs can vary depending on the location and choices made

DIRECT CREMATION

Estimation of total cost is $2,500 which includes the following:

  • Staff costs, administration and professional service fee

  • Transfer into our care M - F 9 - 4

  • Death Certificate

  • Cremation with an independent company

  • Cremation coffin

  • Cremations permits

  • Transfer out of hours or distant location

  • Mortuary care

SERVICE & CREMATION

Estimation of total cost is $10,695 which includes the following:

  • Transfer into our care M - F 9 - 4

  • Death Certificate

  • Mortuary care & preparation

  • Cremations permits

  • Coffin & name plate

  • Venue (based on small numbers)

  • Hearse

  • Flowers for coffin cover

  • Condolence book

  • Order of service booklets

  • Slideshow/s

  • Cremation with an independent company

  • Staff costs including Funeral Director, Celebrant, assisting staff, administration and professional service fee

Burial prices do not include the plot or internment fees for the cemetery

MEMORIALS & WAKE MANAGEMENT

Having experienced professional Funeral Directors & Celebrants to manage the memorial (when no body is present) and/or the wake will allow you and your guests piece of mind during the planning and running of the ceremony or wake.

Estimation of cost for Memorials or Wake Management is from $3,190 which includes the following:​

  • Staff costs, administration and professional service fee​

Live-streaming - from $1210

Order of Services - 50 copies for 4 A5 pages from $290

(additional copies can be arranged at an additional cost)​

Musicians - from $800 (singers, guitarist, quartet, bagpiper)​

Slideshow Production, Holding Slide & Music Conversion - from $350​

Mourning Car Transfer - $395 for 4 hours

Additional flower size of coffin cover, extra arrangements or individual flowers for guest - $POA
 

Definitions of the above pricing estimation inclusions:

Transfer into care - Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm from hospital or coroners.  Additional charges will occur when it is from a nursing home and/or from home or outside the hours listed; if there is travel required

Mortuary Care & Preparation (basic) up to 14 days care with no further treatment required​

Cremation Certificates - 1 x Dr Reference for Cremation and 1 x Cremation Risk will need to be obtained.​

Coffin is the Richmond standard size range​ is included (excluding the white colour) and a name plate which is required by law

Cremations pricing will vary from each location if you choose an alternative location ​

Venue prices are used as a guide only, and will vary based on location and number of guests

All estimates may vary slightly depending on the location and suppliers selected
