Death Certificate

The death certificate will be provided by the Registry of Births, Deaths, and Marriages (BDM) in the state in which your person died. We will gather all of the necessary information including the person’s birth information, marriages, any children, and further or other necessary to complete the details required. We will make the application on your behalf and BDM will send you the certificate by registered mail after everything is complete.

This generally takes approximately 2 weeks following the cremation or burial date to arrive.
